A: 1) We can provide free samples if we got enough stocks, sample lead time would be 3-4 days after you confirm

2) If we don’t have it in stock, then we will have to make new samples. Sample fee depends on different products. Lead time would be 7-10 days

Q: Can we print our logo on the products? 

A: Yes, any logos are available

Q: What colors are available? 

A: Most of colors are available, but we will need to double check for special colors with printing 

Q: When will you ship the goods after I place an order? 

A: Basically it will take 30-37 days to complete the goods, but it depends on the current production as well

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the bag? 

A: No limits on MOQ, but different quantity will have different price
